About me

I’m Yulia — a yoga teacher with over 9 years of experience, originally from Russia and now based in Slovenia.My path has taken me through different countries and cultures, including time living in Spain, which shaped the way I connect and work with people.I speak Russian, English, Spanish, and Slovenian, and work with clients from different backgrounds.I’ve been connected to movement and sport my whole life, and started practicing yoga at the age of 14.Over time, it became more than a profession — a way of understanding the body and building a deeper connection with myself.I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200, Yoga Alliance), with a background in vinyasa, functional movement, and body awareness.I have completed Prenatal Yoga training (RPYT 56) and support women through pregnancy and postpartum.My approach is shaped by both experience and continuous learning, as well as my own journey through recovery after surgeries, a challenging pregnancy, and postpartum.I focus on building strength, stability, and awareness — not by pushing the body, but by learning how to understand and support it.My work is about helping you feel at home in your body — strong, stable, and supported in everyday life.

My approach

This is where you reconnect with your body.I teach a mindful, strength-based yoga practice focused on building stability, awareness, and control.Instead of pushing the body, we learn how to understand and support it.This practice is for you if you want to:– understand and truly feel your body, not just follow movements
– build strength in a safe and sustainable way
– improve body awareness and control
– reduce tension and overload
– feel more grounded and connected in your body
You can practice in private sessions, small groups, corporate classes, or online.If you're not sure where to begin, I’ll guide you.

This is not just practice — it’s a relationship with your body.
